Company: Sewer Pro

License Number: SW00384

Jurisdiction: Ohio (Columbus, Cleveland Heights, and surrounding Central/Northeast areas)

1. Professional Estimates & Diagnostic Requirements

Sewer Pro provides advanced trenchless pipe repair and replacement solutions.

  • Preliminary Estimates: All pricing provided via phone, email, or https://www.sewerprodrains.com/ is a non-binding estimate based on typical regional conditions.
  • Camera Inspection Requirement: Because trenchless feasibility (relining or bursting) depends on the specific structural integrity of the existing pipe, a Sewer Camera Inspection is mandatory before a final, binding quote is issued.
  • Municipal/Commercial Scope: Projects involving municipal infrastructure or commercial mains are subject to specific engineering reviews and may require specialized permitting outside of standard residential quotes.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By contacting us at (614) 852-4755, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages for:

  • Service Logistics: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and project timeline updates.
  • Emergency Coordination: Real-time communication regarding urgent sewer failures or backups.
  • Diagnostic Reports: Delivery of colored camera inspection footage and repair recommendations.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Licensing, Insurance & Professional Certifications

Sewer Pro is a fully licensed (SW00384), insured, and bonded contractor in the State of Ohio. Our technicians are certified in advanced epoxy resin relining and hydraulic pipe bursting, ensuring all work meets or exceeds local environmental and building codes.

4. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors

We proudly serve a 60-mile radius around Columbus and the Cleveland Heights area. While we strive for "speedy and efficient" service, Sewer Pro is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Heavy regional traffic across the I-71 or I-270 corridors.
  • Discovery of undocumented underground utilities or subterranean obstructions.
  • Municipal utility marking delays (811) or permit processing times.

5. Advice & Technology Disclaimer

Information provided on our website regarding the benefits of trenchless technology is for educational purposes. Every sewer system is unique; digital content is not a substitute for an on-site video evaluation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Ohio law, our liability is limited to the contract value of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing surface damage or structural failures in pipes that were already collapsed prior to the commencement of trenchless procedures.
