We are currently searching for a trenchless lining technician who has the integrity to join our hardworking and quickly growing team! The Labor Support Tech will assist our pipe lining crew and video assessment crew with preparing equipment and materials, physical labor and excavation work, Cured-In-Place-Piping (CIPP) installations, and video assessment support. We travel the state of Ohio with most jobs being an hour to an hour & a half away from Wooster, OH. Our shop is located in Wooster & employees dispatch out of this location in a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic controls, safety equipment, and CIPP installation or Pipe Bursting equipment.
• Measure, mark, and prepare CIPP materials for installation.
• Provide on-site support for equipment operators.
• Load and unload equipment from company vehicles.
• Clean worksites before the crew leaves.
• Clean vehicles and equipment.
• Comply with government and corporate safety procedures.
• Climb down manholes.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to work out of town.
• Ability to enter and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work with simple and complex tools.
• Requirements & Skills:
• Willing to submit to D.O.T. - license check in compliance with state and local laws.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with simple and complex tools.
• Experience working in physical labor or outdoor construction job.
